Purpose
The President's Cabinet is comprised of leaders of each major University division and provides advice and counsel聽to the President, leveraging its collective knowledge and expertise to advance聽the University's mission.聽Cabinet members deliver effective, responsive, and informed institutional leadership, and provide penultimate review of recommendations to the President of the University on matters of broad institutional significance. The President's Cabinet ensures that the University makes timely progress toward its goal of advancing as Coastal Virginia's premier university of the liberal arts and sciences.
Constituent Communication
Each member of the President's Cabinet ensures effective communication with his or her constituents. This communication, which must be reciprocal, involves anticipating issues, seeking perspective and advice, and sharing information before and after decisions are made. The format of these communication networks is at the discretion of each Cabinet member.

Dr. Susan Larkin assumed the role of Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at 小奶猫直播 in 2021. 聽She has served the University in a variety of capacities since 2008, most notably as Professor of English and Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs prior to her current appointment.聽
Dr. Larkin received her B.A. in English Literature from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in English Studies and a graduate certificate in Women’s Studies from Illinois State University. Dr. Larkin has been a member of the VWU faculty since 2008, teaching a variety of English, Women’s and Gender Studies, and Wesleyan Seminars. For the past three years, Dr. Larkin has served as the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs.聽
Dr. Larkin’s research is interdisciplinary and interweaves children’s and adolescent literature, women’s and gender studies, and cultural studies. She has published on Judy Blume, Harry Potter, Mr. Rogers, Walt Disney, Laura Ingalls Wilder, women’s memoir, and empowerment, identity, and gender in adolescent literature.

John A.聽Groulx joined 小奶猫直播 as Vice President for Finance in 2024. 聽
He joined VWU following a successful four-year tenure as Director of Budget and Fiscal Planning at Wheaton College in Norton, MA. His extensive background in financial management also includes positions such as Director of Finance and Business Operations/CFO at Malden Catholic High School, Malden, MA, Director of Budget and Fiscal Planning at Mt. Ida College, and Capital Projects Business Manager at Brandeis University, Waltham, MA.聽
In addition to his academic roles,聽Groulx聽has held significant municipal positions, serving as Town Administrator/Town Manager in Avon, MA, Berwyn Heights, MD, and Colebrook, NH.
Groulx's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a minor in Economics, from American University in Washington, DC. He also holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH, and a Master of Science in Finance from Brandeis University, Waltham, MA.

Dr. Keith Moore assumed the position of Senior Vice President at Virginia Wesleyan University in 2022 after serving as Vice President for Campus Life for six prior years. 聽
He has served VWU in a variety of capacities during the last three decades. Prior to VWU he held positions in new student orientation and residence life at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
A Boston native, Dr.聽Moore holds聽a B.A. in Politics and History from Curry College,聽an M.Ed. in Educational Policy, Research, and Administration from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and聽an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
In his current capacity, Dr. Moore oversees the areas of Residence Life, Student Activities, Health Services, Student Center, Campus Ministries, Counseling Services, Campus Security, Wesleyan Engaged, Health Services, IT, Dining Services, and Facilities Management.
Dr. Moore is married to the former Meredith Ann Martin, the lead school psychologist with Chesapeake Public Schools. They reside in Virginia Beach with their daughter, Jacqueline Rose.

Kelly Roenker Cordova joined the Office of the President in September 2020, after directly supporting the Senior Vice President and the President through聽various roles in the VWU Center for Advancement from 2015-2020. In those roles she had instrumental involvement in communications, alumni relations, donor relations and special events.
Prior to her arrival at Virginia Wesleyan, Cordova聽spent six years working in the international programs department at Operation Smile, a medical non-profit that provides free cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries to children in developing countries. There, she managed a team of 15 program coordinators and directly participated in medical missions in Brazil, China, Dominican Republic, Morocco, and Paraguay.
Cordova聽earned her Master of Business Administration from VWU and her bachelor's degree in mass communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. A native of Virginia Beach, she resides there with her husband Andrew and聽two daughters.

Deirdre Gonsalves-Jackson assumed the position of Vice President for VWU Global Campus in 2024.聽 A member of the VWU faculty since 2006, she has served as Chair of the Biology Department, Director of Nursing and Allied Health, and Director of Summer Sessions and January Term before becoming Dean of VWU Global Campus in 2020. Dr. Gonsalves-Jackson also chairs the VWU Graduate Council and oversees all graduate programs.
She earned her B.A. in Biology from Randolph College, an M.S. in Biology from Florida Atlantic University, and a Ph.D. in Biology from Florida Institute of Technology. Her distinguished career is marked by numerous honors, such as the Barbara Holland Administrator-Scholar Award from the Coalition of Urban and Metropolitan Universities and The WISE Alumna Legacy Award for her contributions to STEM outreach. At VWU, she is a recipient of the Samuel Nelson Gray Distinguished Teaching Award and the Birdsong Service and Community Engagement Award, and she holds the distinction of Batten Professor.
As Vice President for VWU Global Campus, she oversees VWU Online, VWU Global Campus (Japan), the Jane P. Batten & David R. Black School for International Studies, the Evening and Weekend Program, the David R. Black Institute for Professional Practice, the Westminster-Wesleyan Lifelong Learning Institute, and the Advanced Scholars Institute.聽
Vice President for Enrollment

Heather Campbell has served as Vice President for Enrollment since 2021 after serving as Director of Undergraduate Enrollment the prior six years.聽
She oversees the David L. Kaufman Center for Enrollment that has produced the largest enrollment in the University's history. She oversees all recruiting of traditional and non-traditional programs and is the lead recruiter for the collaborative campus in Tokyo. Under her leadership, the College of Arts and Sciences has grown to 1,600 students while VWU Global Campus now enrolls an additional 2,600 learners.
Heather holds a B.A. in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Virginia Wesleyan University and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University.
Prior to Virginia Wesleyan, she worked for 10 years with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee implementing adapted sports programming for wounded, ill, and injured service members. She returned to VWU in 2015.
Heather and her daughter, Sutton, reside in Norfolk.聽
